1) What are your delivery times?
First of all, you have to count the processing time of your order which can vary between 24 to 72 hours.
Here is a list of our current delivery times:
United States : 8 to 14 business days
Canada: 7 to 10 business days
Europe: 7 to 12 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days
These deadlines do not take possible delays caused by customs, strikes, theft, or any other extenuating circumstances beyond our control into account.
2) How can I modify my order?
You have until 00:00 Midnight CEST / 17:00 US Central Standard Time (CST) on the same day you place your order to contact us.
We will not be able to process any modification requests after this period.
Modification requests cannot be guaranteed, and all requests must be confirmed as received by our customer experience team to be taken into account.
3) How do I track my order?
If you have not received your order and you are still within the delivery times defined above, rest assured, every little thing is gonna be alright.
Your tracking status may not change for several days. This happens frequently with international deliveries.
You will be able to try again in a few days.
4) Where is my order confirmation email?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, it is possible that:
1. The email is in your junk/spam folder.
2. Your operator blocks our mails (especially the boxes @orange.fr and @sfr.fr)
3. You typed in your email address incorrectly
Start by checking your spam folder, and if you can't find it, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send it to you again.
5) How do I cancel my order?
You have 2 hours after placing your order to make a cancellation request. This request must be sent to us by email at the following address: email@example.com
After this time period, no cancellation will be accepted because the order will be processed. You can always return your order to us within 14 days of receiving, if you still wish to receive a refund.
6) How do I return my order?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it. We will not be able to accept your return after 14 days.
You must return your order in its original packaging, and the product must be unused. In addition, you will have to pay the shipping costs.
We will refund your order once we have received it.
